Entrepreneurship can be learned - YouthStart research results for Austria (2022)

The largest EU-wide, multi-year field trial on entrepreneurship education as part of the “YouthStart Entrepreneurial Challenges Project” with almost 19,000 young people from four countries involved shows that a holistic entrepreneurship learning program can be used to teach an entrepreneurial attitude at school (see Moberg 2018). The research design and the increase in entrepreneurship skills among Austrian young people are explained in detail based on the country comparison of data from the experimental group of Austrian upper secondary school students with those of the control group from Luxembourg, Portugal and Slovenia.
