The handbook contains templates for exercises and games and explanations of the exercises from the young people's workbook. The exercises for the ‘A2 Empathy Challenge’, which is based on non-violent communication according to Marshall B. Rosenberg and is intended to prevent conflict, are explained in particular detail. There are numerous cards to copy: Emotions and needs cards, needs dictionary and a needs card game.

The ‘A2 Storytelling Challenge’ is supplemented by an extensive card index program with creative storytelling, writing and reflection impulses.
