The exercises for the ‘A1 Empathy Challenge: My feelings, your feelings - giraffe language’, which is based on non-violent communication according to Marshall B. Rosenberg, are explained in particular detail. Rosenberg coined the term ‘giraffe language’ for a language of the heart. It helps children to consciously recognise their own feelings and the needs behind them and to empathise with others.
