The mindfulness poster contains the wheel of mindfulness, the mindfulness flower and ALI - 3 exercises from the training program "Why mindfulness?"
The wheel of mindfulness contains 5 segments for our sensory impressions and 3 for external impressions (body sensations, feelings and thinking about relationships).
In the mindfulness flower, the wheel is expanded to include 'mindful thinking ahead' and 'mindful action'. This allows us to sharpen our perception and focus our mind on the here & now. ALI also helps with this: by breathing, smiling and pausing, we gain time for mindful action.
